Objective
As a manager, I use coaching and mentorship strategies to find the best in my team, inspire them to achieve, aid them in their pursuit of personal growth; and I use all of these to help the team provide amazing service to the organization’s customers.

As a software developer, I am perpetually seeking new avenues through which I can employ my expansive technical knowledge, breadth of experience, formidable skill in communicating ideas, and eagerness to learn new things in developing interesting, novel, or ground-breaking applications.

As an educator, my goal is to use the aforementioned attributes to guide the nascent skills and burgeoning curiosities of the next generation of software developers, so that they can find themselves responsible for the new applications that I will be too old to understand or appreciate.
